Join us to learn more about the CARAS Research Mentoring Program at a “Meet & Greet” and Information Session on Saturday, December 12, 2026, l-2pm Eastern/10-llam Pacific. We'll provide an overview of the Mentoring Program, introduce CARAS Research staff, prior mentors and mentees, and answer your questions! CARAS Research Mentoring Program, 2027 Cohort Meetings

During the period of the 2027 Mentoring Program, from March to October 2027, we will host Group Mentoring Meetings that provide presentations and discussions on topics relevant to mentoring program participants, and opportunities for mentees to discuss their work. The Group Mentoring Meetings are open to any CARAS Research subscriber and will held on the following dates:

Sunday, March 14, 2027, 1-2:30pm Eastern

Sunday, May 9, 2027, 1-2:30pm Eastern

Sunday, July 11, 2027, 1-2:30pm Eastern

Sunday, September 12, 2027, 1-2:30pm Eastern

Sunday, October 10, 2027, 1-2:30pm Eastern

CARAS Research Mentoring Program Expectations

  • Complete the Mentoring Program application.

  • Join CARAS. Mentees and Mentors must have a CARAS Research subscription that is active through October of the program year.

  • Reply to your mentoring partner within one week of being introduced. Complete a Goals Statement before your first one-on-one with your mentoring partner. Discuss goals and milestones during the first one-on-one with your mentoring partner.

  • Mentees and Mentors meet one-on-one at least monthly between March and October.

  • Mentees commit to attend at least three of the five monthly Group Mentoring Meetings, held between March and October.

  • Mentees are required to provide a short update / presentation to other mentees and mentors about what you are learning or working on during a Group Mentoring Meeting, between March and October.
