About the CARAS Education Program
The CARAS Education Program provides opportunities to learn and present research in a variety of formats, forums, and platforms, including webinars, community and academic events, and conferences including those organized by CARAS. Most CARAS educational activities are available to subscribers at no additional cost and many provide Continuing Education (CE) credit for healthcare professionals.
Current CARAS Education Program activities include:
The CARAS Reading Group - conducted in two separate "semesters" which provide a unique opportunity to read and discuss key works in the history and theory of kink/BDSM/leather.
CARAS Conferences - including the CARAS-CLAW Conference (C2C) on Leather-Kink Research and Clinical Knowledge.
CARAS Webinars - address a variety of scholarly, research, clinical, and community topics.
CARAS Presentations and Outreach - at both academic and community conferences and events.
